August 2024 Art Updates

We hope you are having an enjoyable and comfortable summer!

We have continued to paint outdoors, so there will be plenty of fresh new work for you to see at our upcoming Open Studio show and anytime you would like to visit by appointment.

Upstairs in the Russell Gallery is "Brushstrokes," an annual juried exhibition of paintings by California artists and presented by The Painters Group, part of Central Coast Artist's Collective. Open Studios Tour Updates

We are excited about San Luis Obispo County's 2024 Open Studios Art Tour October 12-13 and October 19-20. We will be open from 10am to 5pm both weekends. Catalogs are in production! They will include locations, maps and routes according to your interests. Sometime next month, we will be able to provide links and locations where you can pick up a copy to help plan your visits.

Our Website and Instagram:

We love FASO, our new website provider! We make periodic updates with new art, so do check it out now and then. And then there is Instagram. Despite our former day jobs in tech industries, we were reluctant to dive into social media, Our main concern was the time it might take away from painting. But we took the leap. We are still learning the ropes, but think we have a routine that will make it fun and productive. Check it out at Instagram.com/rmartstudiosfineart. Or if you are on Instagram, we are @rmartstudiosfineart.
